England chased down a target of 157 with ease, thanks to a superb knock from Phil Salt. The left-hander smashed 74 off just 43 balls, including eight fours and four sixes. He was well supported by Dawid Malan, who made 31 not out off 29 balls.
Earlier, West Indies had posted a competitive total of 156 for 6. Nicholas Pooran top-scored with 42 off 32 balls, while Rovman Powell made 37 off 23 balls. However, England's bowlers were excellent, with Chris Woakes taking 2 for 27 and Reece Topley taking 2 for 30.
The win gives England a 2-1 lead in the five-match series. The fourth T20I will be played on Sunday at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Tarouba.
